摘要
将中性盐NaCl、Na2SO4和两种碱性盐NaHCO3、Na2CO3按不同比例混合,模拟出20种盐度、碱度各不相同的复杂盐碱逆境条件,并在盐碱混合胁迫处理下进行刺槐发芽试验。测定其发芽率等5项指标,并分析逆境因素与诸项指标间的相互关系,通过各项发芽指标的回归分析结果可知,对刺槐种子萌发的主要影响因素为盐浓度、缓冲量和pH。从回归方程中的自变量标准回归系数来看起主导作用的是盐浓度和pH,据此可以认为盐浓度和pH是影响刺槐种子抗盐碱萌发的主导因素。
The five germination indexes of black locust seeds were tested under 20 kinds of mixed salt solutions composing of NaCl, NaHCO3, Na2SO4, and Na2CO3 at different proportions of salinity and alkalinity. Five strain indexes such as germination rate were determined and statistically analyzed the relationships of the stress factors and the five germination indexes. Multiple regression equation showed that the main stress factors could be instituted by salinity degree, buffer capacity, and pH. The standad regression coefficients of the multiple regression equation indicate that salinity and pH were dominant factors to all of strain indexes. It is reasonable to consider the salinity and pH are main factors of the black locust seed germinating.
