摘要
在机械零件的修理方面,目前电刷镀应用最多的是N i镀层和N i-W-Co镀层,但是这些镀层应用于拉深模具上效果还不理想。通过正交试验获得了一种(N i-P)-S iC电刷镀配方,其镀层经适当的热处理后,硬度、耐磨性、结合力均优于N i-W-Co镀层,经生产验证,该种镀层应用于拉深模具是可行的。
In the aspect of the mechanical part reparing, two brush plating layers of Ni and Ni-W- Co are widely applied at present. But, they can't work very good if they are applied to the deep drawing die. By experiment optimizing, a composition for brush plating (Ni-P)-SiC is gained. After a appropriate heat treatment, the hardness, abrasion-resistance and adhesion of the coating are better than that of Ni-W-Co. By practical application, the layer was to proved to be usable of the deep drawing die.
