摘要
半山电厂燃机工程STAC 109FA单轴联合循环机组安装过程中,在D10汽缸负荷分配过程中出现了难题。对9F机组HP/IP汽缸负荷分配方法进行深入研究探讨,同时结合详细的数据进行计算说明,从各角度分析总结9F机组HP/IP汽缸负荷分配的技法,最后解决了D10汽缸负荷分配问题,对我国引进9F机组技术,解决实际安装问题提供了思路。
During the installation of the STAG 109FA single - shaft combined - cycle unit in Banshan power plant, D10 casing load distribution became a problem. After carefully studying and analyzing the 9F unit HP/IP casings load distribution techniques, and combined with detailed calculation, the problem was solved successfully. This provides a new way to solve the 9F unit installation problem.
