扭剪型整体网架结构在电厂输煤栈桥中的应用

摘要 温州发电厂二期工程2×300MW燃煤机组的输煤栈桥设计,采用一种新型的扭剪型整体网架结构,该结构采用三维受力分析。它与传统的平面钢桁架结构相比,形式轻盈美观,杆件受力均匀,结构受力合理,而且用钢量明显减少,施工安装方便,工期短,经济效益可观。工程实践证明,扭剪型整体网架栈桥可满足不同净空、不同跨度及外观的要求,可广泛应用于各种类型的输煤栈桥。 The design of the coal handling gallery for 2×300 MW coal - fired units in Wenzhou Power Plant, phase Ⅱ adopted a new torsion type inte - gral mesh frame structure, which was analyzed by 3 - dimensional force applied. Comparing to the traditional flat steel tress structure, its form is beautiful and light, its member is uniformly compressed with rational structures. The steel consumption is obviously reduced. It is also convenient for installation with short construction schedule and economic benefits. The practice has proved this structure can meet the requirements for different net spaces, spans and outlooks and be widely used for different coal handling galleries.
