摘要
工程建设项目在实施的全过程中都存在风险。风险有多样性和重大性、相对性、可变性和可测性、长期性、整体性及规律性六大特点。针对这些特点采取相应的防范措施,可使风险发生的几率降至最低。
There arc risks within the whole courses of engineering construction projects. The risks have six characteristics, such as diversity,momentousness, relativity, changeability, predictability, long periodicity, collectivity and regularity. Aiming at these characteristics, corresponding preventive measures should be taken to minimize the probability of the risks.
