摘要 输电线路施工和运行检修人员攀登高塔时通常采用的软绳、钢丝绳等攀登保护器在不同程度上存在一些缺陷,坠落保护的可靠性受到影响。针对这种情况,河南送变电建设公司研制出一种T型轨道式攀登坠落保护装置。这种装置由轨道和保护器两部分组成,轨道事先固定在被攀登物上,保护器与人体连接,可沿轨道上下滑行。保护器结构设计利用了速差原理,人体突然坠落时,保护器可自动在轨道上锁死,从而完成防坠落功能。该装置安全性不受雨雪天气和人体碰撞影响,能顺畅转弯,是线路施工和检修实用的安全设施。该装置已在部分线路上应用,使用情况良好。 Current safety devices such as ropes and steel wires, which are commonly used by transmission llne construction workers and maintenance personnel, have many shortcomings resulting in safety issues. To solve this problem, a T - shaped rail falling guard device was developed by Henan Transmission and Distribution Construction Co. It consists of two parts that are the rail and the guard. The rall is secured on the object and guard movable in the rall is attached to the climber. The guard design utilizes the principle of speed differential, i. e. , when the climber falls, the guard will automatically locked in the rail to hold the climber. The device is not affected by bad weathers and human body impact. It is a practical safety device in line construction and maintenance. It has been working properly in some lines in China.
