BOPP生产线TDO工况监控及调整新方法

New Method for Monitoring and Adjustment on TDO Working Condition of BOPP Line

针对BOPP生产中横向拉伸(TDO)工段常发生的破膜问题,提出一种通过观察和对比BOPP测厚系统测量数据来判断并监控BOPP生产线TDO的实时工况是否合适的方法。生产实践表明,TDO薄膜的收缩量与TDO破膜次数有直接的关系,通过观察和对比TDO出口薄膜幅宽的收缩量可以实时检查TDO各段的工艺参数是否合适；当TDO出口薄膜幅宽的收缩量较大时应根据破膜形式及位置及时检查调整TDO相关各段温度设定值。

To counter the problem of film break arose often from the TDO of the production of BOPP, a new method was put forward to Judge and monitor the suitability of the on-line working condition of TDO by observing and comparing the data from the measurement of the film thickness gauge system. The result of production practice showed the shrinkage of TDO film had direct relation with the frequency of the fdm break of TDO, and the working condition of TDO could be checked up in time by observing and comparing the shrinkage of the width of the film; when the shrinkage was higher, the temperature set points of relative zones of TDO should be checked up and adjusted according to the form and position of the film break.
