复方解热颗粒制剂的药效及急性毒性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察复方解热验方水提浓缩物的解热及抗炎作用。方法采用大鼠皮下注射干酵母为发热模型,观察给复方解热颗粒后对大鼠体温的影响;小鼠耳涂抹巴豆油合剂建立炎症模型,观察受试用药对小鼠耳肿胀的影响。结果解热药6 g/kg于致热后1.5 h降低大鼠体温,降温作用持续2 h,3 g/kg组于药后2.5 h引起大鼠体温降低,1.5 g/kg组于致热后0.5 h即能降低发热大鼠体温,作用时间1 h。对巴豆油合剂致小鼠耳肿胀抑制率,2.5 g/kg剂量组为64%,5 g/kg剂量组为34%。结论复方解热颗粒制剂有明显的解热抗炎作用。 Objective To assess the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of GulLing granuler. Methods Dry yeast was administrated to rats by subcutaneous injection to induce pyretogenesis. The effect of Gulling granular on the temperature of the rat was then examined. Mouse ear edema was induced by painting croton oil to establish inflammatory model. The effect of Gulling granular on mouse ear edema was also examined. Results GulLing granulua in a dose of 6g/kg could reduce body temperature of the rat 1.5 hour after pyretogenesis and the antipyretic effect lasted 2 hours. When 3g/kg and 1.5g/kg were administered, the body temperature of the rat reduced 2.5 hours and 0.5 hour after pyretogenesis respectively and the antipyretic effect lasted 1 hour. Mouse ear edema inhibition ratio was 64% in the 2.5g/kg group and 34% in the 5g/kg group, respectively. Conclusion GulLing granular formulation has significant antipyretie and anti-inflammatory effects.
