不同心功能患者血钠水平的观察

Serum Na level in heart failure.

目的观察不同心功能患者血钠水平了解心力衰竭(简称心衰)中血钠的变化。方法对180例心血管科住院患者分为急性左心衰(A组)和非急性左心衰,后者按照纽约心脏病学会(NYNA)分级标准分为心功能Ⅰ级(B组),心功能Ⅱ级(C组),心功能Ⅲ级(D组),心功能Ⅳ级(E组),对各组间的血钠水平进行比较。结果A、B、C、D、E各组血钠水平分别为(单位:mmol/L):139.00±00.97、140.68±0.41、140.67±0.64、138.98±0.62、136.50±1.06,即血钠水平为B组>C组>A组>D组>E组,其中B组与E组间有极显著差异(P<0.01),B组与D组、C组与E组间有显著差异(P<0.05),其余各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论血钠水平与心功能相关,心衰越重,血钠水平越低。

Objective To investigate the changes of serum Na＋ levels in patients with heart failure of different degrees. Methods 180 patients with（group A） and without acute left heart failure were enrolled, Group A was divided into heart function class 1 （group B）, heart function class Ⅱ （group C）, heart function classⅢ （group D） and heart function class Ⅳ （group E） according to the NYNA heart function class. Serum Na＋ levels of each group were compared. Results The serum Na＋ level was as follows： group B 〉 group C〉 group A〉 group D〉 group E. The differences between group B and group D, C, E were statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Serum Na＋ level are correlated with the heart function level, the worse is the heart failure, the lower is the serum Na＋ level.
