奥曲肽治疗急性轻症胰腺炎的疗效观察

Value of Octreotide in the treatment of acute mild pancreatitis.

目的观察奥曲肽治疗急性轻症胰腺炎的疗效。方法选择急性轻症胰腺炎患者51例,随机分为常规治疗对照组27例和常规治疗加用奥曲肽治疗组24例,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组的腹痛缓解时间及血、尿淀粉酶值恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽治疗急性轻症胰腺炎安全有效。

Objective To observe the effect of octreotide in acute mild pancreatitis. Methods 51 patients with acute mild pancreatitis were randomly assigned to conventional treatment either without （control group in 27） or with octreotid （treatment group in 24）. Resnlts To treatment group both the time for alleviating bellyache and the time for amylase in blood and urine coming back to normal are allshorter than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclution It is safe and effective to treat acute mild pancreatitis with octreotid.
