高功率全固态内腔倍频调Q激光器中相位失配的理论研究

摘要 给出了在考虑相位失配情况下高功率全固态内腔倍频调Q激光器的速率方程解的情况。以Nd:YAG声光调Q内腔倍频激光器为例,建立并数值求解相位失配条件下的速率方程组,从理论上分析了相位失配和泵浦功率等参数对内腔倍频调Q激光器输出功率、脉冲宽度等的影响。 The solutions of rate equations in a high power all solid-state Q-switched intracavity frequency doubled laser by taking the phase mismatch into account are presented. By taking acousto-optical Q-switched intracavity frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser for example, rate equations under phase mismatch were described and solved numerically. The influence of phase mismatch and pump power on output power, pulse width in Q-switched intracavity frequency doubled laser were analyzed theoretically.
