摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐作交联剂,甲苯作悬浮分散剂,对聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行交联改性,制备了PVA吸附性树脂,并对其吸湿放湿性能进行了初步研究。发现随环境湿度的变化,该树脂可以自动进行吸湿或放湿,且具有一定的保湿能力。95%RH的平衡吸湿量达到了0.93g/g,优于军械仓库广泛使用的无水氯化钙和变色硅胶。
The preparation of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) absorption resin has been prepared by modifying the PVA with the cross-linking agent of cis-butenedioicanhydfide and the suspension dispersant of methylbenzene. This PVA absorption resin can absorb and release humidity by itself with the environment humidity changing and this PVA absorption resin also has the capability in keeping the environment humidity. The equilibrium absorption humidity quantity of this PVA absorption resin can reach to 0.93 g/g on the condition of relative humidity 95% and this result has excelled the anhydrous chloride calcium and change color silica gel which have been abroad used in the ordnance storehouse.
