摘要 建立用荷移增敏分光光度法测定3,5-二氯苯甲酰氯的方法。利用3,5-二氯苯甲酰氯与羟胺反应的产物(3,5-二氯-N-羟基苯甲酰胺,DCHA)与对苯醌在氯代十六烷基吡啶(CPC)介质中形成稳定络合物,在485nm波长处测定其吸光度。结果表明,3,5-二氯苯甲酸乙酯的检出限为0.15mg/L,线性范围(0.30~4.00)mg/L,相关系数(r)为0.9992,样品测定的RSD为3.65%(n=6),回收率为97.3%~100.1%。本法简便快速,条件易控制,测定结果满意。 In order to determine 3,5-dichlorobenzoyl chloride by charge-transfer spectrophotometry, the absorbency of charge-transfer complex formed between p-benzoquinone and 3,5- dichloro-N-hytroxybenzoylamine (DCHA) in cetylpyridinium chloride(CPC) was determined at 485 nm, and the DCHA was formed by the 3,5- dichlorobenzoyl chloride reacted with hydroxylamine. The results showed that linear range of ethyl 3,5- dichlorobenzoate was (0.30-4.00) mg/L with a detection limit of 0.15 mg/L, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.999 2 under the optimal conditions. The method has been applied to the determination of sample, its RSD was 3.65%(n=6), recovery was in the range of 97.3%-100.1%. The method is simple with easily-controlled reaction conditions and high sensitivity. The results is satisfactory.
