摘要 介绍了传输线的基本特征以及信号线视为传输线的具体条件。指出了传输线阻抗匹配的数学物理模型及阻抗计算公式。以高速收发器中的传输背板为例,不仅详细介绍了背板传输线阻抗匹配的设计过程及参数计算方法,而且结合生产实际,总结出PCB工艺对特征阻抗的影响。对传输线阻抗匹配问题的分析与设计提供了重要参考。 The basic characters and the conditions in which signal line must be treated as transmission line are presented. The mathematic and physical impedance matching models of transmission line and the impedance computing formulas are also pointed out. As an example of transmission back-board in high speed emitter or receiver, not only the design process and parameter calculation of impedance matching in backboard transmission line are detailed, but aslo the influence to impedance from PCB craft are included according to the practice. It has important value for reference in analysis and design of impedance matching about transmission line.
