人参养荣口服液质量标准的研究

Quality standard of Renshen Yangrong oral solution

目的：研究人参养荣口服液的质量标准。方法：采用ＴＬＣ对人参、当归、白芍等成分进行色谱鉴别，ＨＰＬＣ测定芍药苷的含量。结果：鉴别中样品都能检出相应的斑点。含量测定芍药苷量在０．２５～１．２５μｇ范围内有良好的相关性，回收率为９７．５３％。结论：建立了该制剂的质量标准鉴别、含量测定方法，方法简便、可靠，具有实用性。

OBJECTIVE :To study the quality standard of panax ginseng yangrong oral solution.METHOD:Thin layer chromatography was used for simultaneously identification Panax ginseng,Anethum graveolens andPaeonia lactiflora.A simple accurate and reproducible high performance liquid chromatography for the determina-tion of paeoniflorin,RESULTS:The samples were detected relative spots.Linear regression for the range of paenoi-florin was0.25～1. 25 μg and 97.53% for recovery.CONcLUSION :Quality standard was provided.It is a simplemethod for identification and accurate determination,It has reliability and reality.
