吲哚拉辛擦剂的研制及临床疗效

The preparation and clinical effects of indolacin liniment

目的：降低吲哚拉辛消化系统副作用，满足风湿性或类风湿性关节炎患者长期使用本品的目的。方法：首先对处方中透皮吸收剂的种类及浓度、助溶剂的用量等因素进行考察，确定最优组方，按筛选出处方配制吲哚拉辛擦剂并观察临床疗效。结果：所得擦剂无刺激激性、质量可控，经临床使用总有效率达９６．５％。结论：本擦剂不仅适宜于医院小量配制，也适宜于药厂大批量生产，值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE:To decrease the irritation of indolacin to the gastrointestinal tract and make it suitablefor patients with rheumatic arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis for a long therapeutic time,indolacin liniments was pre-pared.METHOD:The optimal formula was obtained by study on the kinds,concentration of transdermal absorbentsand the amount of solubilizers。 RESULTs:The quality can be controlled. No irritation was noted and the overallclinical effective rate was 96.5%。 CONCLUSION:The liniment is suitable not only for small preparation in hospi-tals,but also forlarge batch production in pharmaceutical factories.Extending its clinical application is highly rec-ommended.
