摘要
带式气垫运输是最近发展起来的新技术,气箱的尺寸精度是该技术的关键.根据气箱的结构和生产要求,研制成功了气箱自动成型和组焊装备,防止了焊接变形,保证了气箱生产的精度要求,并实现了成型、焊接等生产过程的自动化.
Draper-type air cushion conveyer is a new technique developed recently ,the key technique is the dimension accuracy of air box. A welding system is developed for air box auto-forming and assembling according to its structure type and production requirement. The sysem can prevent distortion from welding process,reach the accurate requirement to the box and realize automatic production process.
