摘要
通过分析轧制内直角台阶时模具过渡段的空间几何关系,并根据体积平衡原理,得出求解直角台阶轧齐曲线的基本关系,建立了符合实际的、在不同条件不同阶段上螺旋斜锥体的几何数学模型,推导了轧件的旋转方程,并计算出各个螺旋斜锥体的体积并确定了它们的适用区间,从而得到完整的直角台阶精确轧齐曲线方程,最后还给出了计算实例。
Based on analysis of the geometry relations of the die transition at shaping the right angle step, and according to the principle of volume constant, the basic relations of the shaping curve of right angle step are acquired. The geometry models conforming with reality are established for calculating the volume of spiral cone at different conditions and stages. The piece turning equation is deduced, and the volumes of each spiral cone are calculated. The precise equation of shaping curve of right angle step is acquired. Finally the calculating example is presented.
