摘要
在分析了气动摩擦离合器与制动器排气噪声特性的基础上,提出了该噪声控制用消声器应满足的条件,实验研究了其基本单元的滤波消声特性,由此得到消声器的总成结构,并对其降噪特性进行了深入的研究,所采用的新型排气消声器在台架及工厂实际中大面积推广使用,取得了38dB(A)的降噪量。
On the basis of analysing characteristics of exhaust noise of pneumatic friction clutch and brake,conditions that muffler controlled the noise has to satisfy are suggested. Characteristics of filtering and reducing the noise for elementery units of the muffler are studied through test method.So assembly structure of the muffler are obtained and characteristics of reducing the noise for the muffler are thoroughly studied. 38dB (A)'s amount of reducing the noise is gained when this new type of muffler is spread and used in a test bed and in the factory reality.
