综合治疗晚期宫颈癌30例疗效观察

Obseroation of the effects in the therapy in Ⅲb unterine cervical cancer with combination treatment of 30 cases

目的:观察综合治疗方法对Ⅲb期宫颈癌的疗效。方法:采用放疗与化疗同步治疗,化疗共用2周期,放疗分为外照和内照,治疗过程中口服中药治疗。结果:治疗后完全缓解25例(83.3%),部分缓解5例(16.7%),有效率为100%。3年生存率为63.%,4年生存率为36.7%。毒副反应为轻中度恶心、呕吐反应和轻度白细胞下降。结论:综合治疗Ⅲb期宫颈癌有效率高、毒副反应轻、耐受性好,值得临床进一步研究、推广。

Objective ： To observe the effects of the therapy in m b uterine ceroical cancer with combination treatment. Methods： Do the treatment by both radiotherapy and chermotherapy. The chemotherapy is done for 2 cycles and the radiothcrapy means that it＇ s to be done from inside and outside, during which Chinese medicine is nexessary. Results ： After the therapy, 25 cases （83.3 % ） have complete remission and 5 cases （16.7%） are relieved partly. Its totle response rate is 100%. The 3-year survival rate is 63.3% and the 4-year suroival rate is 36.7% .While the adverse effect are mainly grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ, including nausea romiting and grade Ⅰ reduction in numbers of leucocyte. Conclusion： Treamtnet leads to high remission rates and it＇s better tolerated in uterine cervical cancer, besides, it had slight side effects. It＇s worthy of promising clinical application.
