摘要
采用燃烧合成技术在碳钢表面制备了复相金属陶瓷涂层。为改善涂层与基体之间的润湿性,采用了σ-FeCr金属间化合物作为润湿组分。涂层试样的微观组织形貌及相组成分析表明,涂层主要是由Cr3C2、AlN以及σ-FeCr所组成的复相体系。涂层界面形貌观察分析表明涂层与基体之间为冶金结合,热震实验结果表明涂层具有良好的结合力。
A multiphase coating on carbon steel was fabricated by combustion synthesis method. In order to improve wettability between coating and substrate,σ-(Fe,Cr) was selected as wetting component. The microstructure and phase composition of the sample show that the coating is a multiphase system consisting of chromium carbide, AlN and σ-FeCr. The cross section morphology of interface between the coating and substrate is observed and shows that the bond is metallurgy bonding. The result of thermal shock resistance is also shown that the coating had good bonding strength.
