摘要
介绍了人体免疫细胞T细胞、B细胞以及树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)在急性和慢性乙肝病毒感染后的免疫发病机制及其发展规律中的作用研究进展,并阐述了它们在乙肝慢性化机制中的作用。
To elucidate the roles of immune cell responses at the different stages of HBV infection should contribute to clarifying the mechanism of chronic hepatitis B as well as its therapy. Here the roles of the immune cell, including B cell, T cell, NK cell and dendritic cell（ DC）, in the mechanism of hepatitis B development are mentioned .
