摘要 DNA芯片技术现已广泛应用于分子生物学、运用生物学以及临床医学等领域进行DNA鉴定、定量及功能分析。本文对基因表达谱芯片技术在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病及恶性肿瘤相关药物靶点的发现、发展等方面的进展作一综述。 Assay systems based on DNA microarray technology are currently used for the identification, quantitation and functional analysis of DNA involved in molecule research, applied biology and diagnostic applications. In this paper, application of DNA microarray technology in the discovery, development and subsequent use of new therapeutic and drug targets in Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and malignancy are reviewed.
