摘要 考察了水热条件对ITO粉体制备过程中生成物物相的影响。通过XRD分析,发现在实验的上限温度(300℃)内,以水为介质不添加矿化剂,在160-180℃下,所得样品为非晶态In(OH)3,200℃为晶态In(OH)3,220-300℃为晶态(In1-xSnx)OOH;而添加KBr作为矿化剂得到的是晶态(In1-xSnx)OOH,以KOH为矿化剂得到晶态In(OH)3;若以乙二醇或1,4-丁二醇为反应介质得到的均为晶态(In1-xSnx)OOH。 The effects of hydrothermal conditions on the phase of samples in preparing indium tin mixed oxide were ipvestigated. The phases of the products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results show that amorphous In (OH)3 is the product of hydrotherreal process at the temperature from 160 to 180℃, In (OH)3 crystal li~ at 200℃, and the (In1-xSnx)OOH crystal at the temperature from 200 to 300℃ is obtained. It is found that (In1-xSnx)OOH crystal is gained while the mineralizer is KBr, and In (OH)3 crystal is obtained while the mineralizer is KOH. Using alcohol or 1, 4-butanediol as the mediums, the (In1-xSnx)OOH crystals are prepared.
