摘要
以固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-WO3为催化剂,对以丁醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的反应条件进行了研究。实验表明:SO42-/TiO2-WO3是合成丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,研究了醛醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对收率的影响。最佳反应条件为:n(丁醛)/n(1,2-丙二醇)=1/1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.5%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间50 min。上述条件下,丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达84.6%。
Butyraldehyde 1, 2-propanediol acetal was synthesized from butyraldehyde and 1, 2-propanediol in the presence of SO4^2-/TiO2-WO3 The influence factors of the synthesis were discussed and the best reaction conditions were found that the molar ratio of butyraldehyde to 1, 2-propanediol is 1 : 1.4, and the amount of catalyst used is 0.5% of feed stocks, and the reaction time is 50 min. SO4^2-/TiO2-WO3 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing butyraldehyde 1, 2- propanediol acetal and the yield can be up to 84.6%.
