摘要
引出了SHSTiC相中碳原子饱和度的概念,阐明了钛粉粒度、预热温度、混合料压坯相对密度等工艺因素对SHSTiC相中碳原子的饱和度的影响,分析了影响饱和度因素的微观过程.
In this paper the parameter of the carbon atom saturation (atomic ratio) in the SHSTiC phase was establisbed. It was described how tbe processing factors such as the particle size of the titanium powder, the hatial temperature of the process andthe relative deusity of mixture green affected tbe carbon atom saturation in the SHSTiC phase. The effct of mincrocosmic process on saturation was analysed.
