This paper discusses a few design methods for current rolls with coarse type and fine type and analyzes the characteristic and problem of rolls in producing various special welded pipes. 'It is pointed out that fitting and adjusting the rolls in the forming process of welded joint and holding several basic steps in producing high quality welded joints are very important.
