摘要
针对工厂 114机组焊管生产线长期生产不正常,停机次数多,班产量低,废品率高的现状,从设备能力与工序能力匹配着手,探讨影响焊管连续生产的因素,认为是前处理工序设备,选型不当,造成生产线工序能力不匹配,形成间歇生产方式与低焊速现象。并提出了相应的工艺改造方案,供同行们参考。
Many problems, such as unsteady production line, more stop set times, low production, high waste production rate, etc., existed in φ114 welded pipe mill. In these conditions, the factors of affecting continuous production for welded pipe are discussed with matching relationship between the capability of equipment and technological process. It is pointed out that the phenomena of uncontinuous production condition and low welding speed are caused by unmatched technological process of production line as a result of wrong pretreating process type. And the improving methods of technological process are also proposed in this paper.
