摘要
本文根据金属材料的机械性能,用数学分析的方法,论证了现今关于金属板材圆孔翻边的计算公式,它对于小螺纹底孔变薄翻边是不相适应的。作者应用等体积原理,推导出了金属板材小螺纹底孔变薄翻边的计算公式及可供借鉴的数据。
This article is according to the mechanical performance of the metal ma- terial,using mathematical analysis methods,argument that the existing calculating formula on the circule hole switching of the metal sheet is unsuitable for switching of the thread bottom hole.And using the equal-volume principle,deduces the cal- culating formula of thinning and swithing for the metal sheet with thread bottom hole and gives the reference data.
