本文从分析绕簧工装中各部件的作用与技术要求出发,探讨了微孔、线槽导送钢丝的作用机理,提供了精密弹簧工装的设计思路,总结了微孔、线槽制作的一些经验。

In this paper,Through the alalyse of the fuction and technical require- ments of every parts among the coiling spring tool—equipments,The action princi- ple of the miniature holes and guides directing the steel wire is discussed.It also provide some design standard about the precision spring—equipments.and sums up some experience about miniature holes and guides manufacture.
