谈城市公共艺术的公众文化性

Discussion on the Function of the Public Culture of the Public Arts of Cities

本文从公共艺术的基本概念出发,指出公共艺术在当代城市生活和城市建设中的文化特征,在此基础上,作者试图通过公共艺术具有的社会性和人文性,着重探讨公共艺术作品与城市空间的和谐统一以及如何建设一个具有亲和力和人文性的城市公共生活空间;并进一步提出在当代城市化进程中,加强公共艺术建设对塑造城市形象、彰显城市个性魅力具有重要的意义。

Starting from the basic concept of public arts, the thesis points out the cultural characteristics of public arts in contemporary city lives and urban construction. Based on this, by the means of the society and humanity of the public arts, the author tries to explore how to achieve unity and harmony between public arts and city spaces as well as how to construct a more friendly and human city public living space. It further points out that in the process of urbanization, strengthening the public arts construction is of great importance to build the city image and emphasize the importance of the city charm.
