Dose the Positive Correlation Between Self-confidence and Type A Mean Aggressive?

为了检验成就动机能否解释自信与Type A的相关,确定自信与Type A相关的性质,采用总体自信问卷、中国人A型量表和成就动机量表为工具,对自信与Type A的关系进行了探讨。结果发现,自信确实与Type A存在先前研究发现的正相关,但与其敌意因子呈负相关;控制成就动机成分后,自信与TypeA的正相关关系消失,而与敌意因子的负相关关系不受影响。自信与Type A的关系体现了自信的成就动机功能,是积极的而不是消极的。

It＇s harmful to individual＇s health and personality if self-confidence positively correlate with aggressive, which is an element of Type A behavior. Achievement motivation was considered in this article to explore the property of the correlation between self-confidence and Type A. The results showed that self confidence was Correlated with individual oriented achievement motivation, but not with social oriented achievement motivation;correlated positively with time pressure and competitive, negatively with aggressive. The partial correlation matrix showed that time pressure and competition can be explained partly by achievement motivation. These findings suggest that self-confidence can avoid the side effect of Type A behavior and foster positive factor, which benefits health and personal achievement.
