补阳还五汤加减治疗高脂血症疗效观察

Obser Ation on the Clinical Curative Effect of the Plus and Minus of the Invigorating Yang Decoction on Hyperlipemia

目的:观察补阳还五汤加减治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:以补阳还五汤为基础组方,配合水蛭、田七等中药粉剂治疗高脂血症35例,设常规治疗组30例对照,观察血脂、血液流变学变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率94.29%,明显高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);血脂、血液流变学的改善,治疗组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤加减对高脂血症确有一定的临床治疗效果。

Objective ：Observe the clinical curative effect of the plus and minus of the invigorating Yang decoction for recuperation ,when it is used to treat high-hyporlipemia. Methods ： Mixing decoction invigorating Yang for recuperation with other TCD powder, such as bloodsucker and panax pseudo-ginseng,etc, using this admixture treat 35 cases of high-hyporlipomia,and using general therapy group treat 30 cases too. Results ：The actovoty ratio of the therapy group is 94.29% ,and the control group＇s is 80.00%.The therapy group is better than the control group because the compare of two group＇s result is P 〈0.05. Conclusion ：The result is affirmation, when the plus and minus of the invigorating Yang decoction for recuperation is used to treat high-hyperlipomia.
