摘要
目的:观察脾阴虚证大鼠肝组织的MDA含量、端粒长度变化,探讨脾阴虚证的分子生物学病理机制。方法:采用饮食不节、劳倦过度等复合因素塑造大鼠脾阴虚证模型,用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法和Southern?b lot法测定脾阴虚证大鼠肝组织的MDA含量、端粒长度变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,脾阴虚证大鼠肝组织的丙二醛(MDA)含量增多、端粒长度显著缩短。结论:在脾阴虚状态下,机体内自由基蓄积损伤端粒,其损伤可能导致肝组织端粒长度缩短。
Objective : To observe the content of Maleic Dialdehyde and the length of tclomere in liver of rat with spleen Yin deficiency syndrome. To discuss the pathomechanism of molecule biology of spleen Yin deficiency syndrome. Methods: The rat of spleen Yin deficiency syndrome was molded by composite factors of overstrain and intemperance of taking food etc. The methods of Thibabituric acid and Southern blotting were used to determine the content of Maleic Dialdehyde and the length of telomere. Result: compared with normal control, the content of Maleie Dialdehyde in liver of rat with spleen Yin deficiency syndrome was increased and lenth of telomere was shortened. Conclusion: In the state of spleen Yin deficiency syndrome, the accumulation of free radical may damage the telomere, and that may result in telomere shortening in liver.
