益气活血Ⅴ号方加葛根素治疗老年短暂性脑缺血观察

The Observation of the Chinese Herbal Mecidine Which is the Living Blood in Spirit V Treating the Patients of Elderly Transient Ischemic Attack

目的:观察中药益气活血Ⅴ号方加葛根素治疗老年短暂性脑缺血的疗效。方法:将72例诊断为老年短暂性脑缺血病人,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各36例。治疗组用自拟益气活血Ⅴ号方加葛根素注射液治疗,对照组用西药低分子右旋糖酐与西比灵治疗,疗程20天,观察发作期及停药后3个月复发病况。结果:在短暂性脑缺血发作期,治疗组比对照组缩短发病时间。在疗程内,治疗组未出现任何症状,对照组有40%病例出现不同程度头晕、头痛、乏力症状。停药后,追踪远期疗效的3个月中,治疗组未见1例复发,对照组有9例复发。经颅多普勒检查:治疗前与治疗后,椎—基底动脉及左、右大脑中动脉供血,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组治疗老年短暂性脑缺血,近期与远期疗效明显优于对照组,是治疗本病较理想方法。

Objective：Observe the curative effect of the Chinese herbal medicine living blood in spirit V added by puerarin,treating the elderly transient attack. Methods： Divide 72 cases of elderly transient isehemic attack into two groups arbitrarily. One is the treatment set,the other is the matched control,36 for each. The treatment set uses the Chinese medicine,whlch is living blood in spirit V added by the puerarin injection, to cure. The matched control treats the patients by the western medicine, low-molecular dextran and the flunarizlne hydrochloride. The period is 20 days. Then we observe the relapse relapes condition in the acute-phase and the followed 3 months ,without the medicine empress. Results：In the acute-;hase of transient ischemic attack,the action time inside the treatment set is less than the matched control. In addition,in the process of treatment,the treatment set didnt appear any symptom, hut forty percent of the matched control cases appeared the symptoms in different degree, dizzy, headache tired, for example. After stopping the medicine empress, we tracked to the long-term curative effect in the followed 3 months, and we found that the treatment set didn＇t see one example of relapes, but the matched control had 9 examples. With the check of Transcranial Doppler （TCD） ,we can see that the blood supply to the verterbra-base artery and the left middle cerebral artery and the right middle cerebral artery, regardless before or after the treatment, the treatment set is better than the matched control （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：To cure the elderly transient ischemic attack （TIA） ,we can see that the treatment set is apparently better than the matched control from the near period and the long-term curative effect. It is the ideal method to cure this disease.
