参芪五子降脂汤治疗高脂血症临床观察

Clinic Investigation on Chinese Traditional Method to Cure Hyperlipemia by Taking Shenqiwuzijiangzhi Decoction

目的:探索中医药治疗高脂血症的有效方法。方法:选择高脂血症患者88例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组48例用自拟参芪五子降脂汤治疗,对照组40例用多烯康胶丸治疗,治疗时间均为2个月。结果:2组治疗后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:参芪五子降脂汤治疗高脂血症疗效肯定,有较好的降脂作用。

Objective ：To investigate an effective method to cure hyperlipemia using Chinese traditional medicine. Methods ：88 hyperlipemia patients are selected and randomly divided into two groups, The group of 48 hyperllpemia patients receive the treatment of Chinese traditional medieine---taklng the mixed soup of Party Panax, Yellow Stilbene, Barbary Wohlfberry Fruit, Cassia Seed and etc. for two months. Meanwhile the other group of hyperlipemia patients take western medicine Ethyl Polyenoate Soft Capsules.Results ：The differences between the above two groups of hyperlipemia patients who receive Chinese traditional medicine and west- em medicine separately are conspicuous （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese traditional medicine-the mixed soup of Party Panax, Yellow Stilbene,Barbary Woliberry Fruit, Cassia Seed and etc. is effective to cure hyperlipemia.
