摘要
依据现代教学论和教学最优化设计原理,对高校体育教育专业健美操专修课程教学模式进行优化设计与实验研究,目的在于通过健美操教学优化设计模式的实施,解决体育教育专业健美操专修教学学时数量与培养目标以及教学系统化的矛盾,力求使学生在有限的时间内取得最好的学习效果,使学生综合素质和能力得到较全面的提高,并以此推动健美操教学理论与实际的研究。
Based on the principles of modern pedagogy, the paper attempts to conduct an empirical experiments to provide infor mation for curriculum design of aerobics for majors. The author explores the relationship between the parameters of aerobics teaching for majors in colleges and universities, such as objectives, teaching time, and how to achieve the objects within the limited academic hours, proposes a tentative teaching mode and assumes that how to develop the students' comprehensive com petence is the end of the study of aerobatics theories and the practice as well.
