摘要
针对居住小区规划设计的现状,结合现代化的需求,对住宅小区满足人们需求的设计特点进行了论述,以满足人们休憩、生活和学习的居住要求。
The present paper discusses the current status of residential quarter planning incorporating current requirements and the design features for meeting human demands, so that re sidents＇ de sire of relaxation, living and study can be satisfied.
