摘要 目的 探讨防风多倍体新种对于防风产量和质量的影响。方法 以1年生,2年生防风的二倍体、多倍体新种作为采集样本,以其中含有的四种色原酮含量作为指数,用HPLC法进行测定。结果 1年生多倍体防风四种色原酮含量低于二倍体防风16.5~24.0%,而2年生色原酮含量略高于1年生,并且产量高于二倍体18.1%。结论 防风的多倍体新种能够提高防风的产量和质量,具有推广价值。 Objective To study on the yield and quality for the newly specie of the Polyploid Saposhni- kovia divaricata. Methods Collecting samples of polyploid and diploid in one-year-old growth and two- year-old growth, respectively;determined contents by HPLC, with 4 kinds of chromes of the Polyploid Saposhnikovia divaricata as a marker. Results The content of one-year-old polyploid is less 16.5~24.0% than that of diploid, while the content is bigger in two-year-old than in one-year-old, and its yield is higher 18.1% than that of diploid. Conclusion It has spread value for Polyploid Saposhnikovia divaricata could increase the yield and quality.
