土壤有机质测定方法加热条件的改进

An Improvement on the Heating Condition of Soil Organic Matter Determination

容量法是土壤有机质测定中普遍使用的方法。根据实验室的条件和多年的实践,对容量法GB1999加热氧化控制条件进行改进,摸索出两种比较理想的土壤有机质测定方法:烘箱加热和消化炉加热法。经检验,两种方法的结果准确可靠,相对误差都小于1.41%,相对标准偏差小于2.73%,而且这两种方法测定速度快,操作简便,优于传统的测定方法。

Capacity measuration is the prevailing method of soil organic matter determination. According to the condition of laboratory and the practices of more than 15 years, we improved the condition for calefaction and oxidation of capacity measuration GB1999, and we explored two better methods of soil organic matter determination： oven torrefaction heating method and digestor heating method. It is verified that the results of the two methods are accurate and reliable. The relative errors are less than 1.41%, and the relative standard errors are less than 2.73%. Further more, two methods are quick and easy to operate, and are better than the traditional methods of soil organic matter determination.
