不同种金银花幼苗对水分胁迫的生理反应 被引量:4

摘要 采用聚乙二醇人工模拟水分胁迫的方法,研究了不同种金银花幼苗对水分胁迫的生理反应过程.结果表明,随着水分胁迫的加剧,麻江和花溪2金银花游离脯氨酸含量先上升后下降,内蒙古金银花先下降后略有上升,游离脯氨酸对水分胁迫的反应机制不同.水分胁迫下各金银花丙二醛含量增加,增加幅度不同,贵州麻江金银花显示出较强的耐旱能力. In this paper , the physiological reaction to different species lies lonicerae seedlings were studied by means of man - made water stress with polyethylene glycol(PEG). The results showed , with the aggravation of water stress , the amount of free proline of Majiang , Huaxi2 lios lonicerae increased first, then decreased, the change tendency of Neimenggu lios lonicerae is reversed, the change tendency of free praline shows the different Reactive Mechanismbe tween Neimenggu Fles lonicerae and Guizhou lies lonicerae, Under man - made water stress, the content of MDA increased, but the range of changes was different remarkably, the drought tolerance ability of Guizhou Majiang lies lonicerae is relatively strong.
