教育系统中,不断产生的"学业失败"是影响和谐社会构建的矛盾和问题之一。学业失败是一个世界性难题,它往往导致社会排斥,并且潜伏着社会不稳定因素,使遭遇学业失败的青年人深受其害。在中国,学业失败被扩大化了,减少和挽救学业失败有赖于全社会的共同努力,其中相关部门优化政策是关键。教育系统更应统一认识,以科学发展观统领教育全局,树立"人人都可以成才"的理念,尊重和善待每一位学习者,并让学习者自己负起学习的责任。

In educational system,the increasing ＂failure of school work＂ is one of conflicts and issues influencing the construction of harmonious society,and the issue is also a worldwide problem,which often result in social exclusion,hide social instable factors and make students who suffer from the failure of school work spoil by the problem.In China,the failure of school work is magnified.The decrease and saving of failure of school work depend on common efforts of the whole society,and the optimization of policies of relative sectors is the key.Education system should unify cognition, take scientific development view as the guiding thought,establish the view that ＂every body can become talent＂,etc.
