民办高校在发展中面临诸多难题,如社会的不公正待遇、招生难、退学率高、办学经费短缺、办学质量低、毕业生就业难等。解决这些问题,必须寻找其深层原因,从政府加强立法规范、多渠道筹措资金、加强师资队伍建设、加强就业指导等方面解读困境,寻找发展出路。

Non-governmental higher education institution are confronting with many problems in their development, such as the unequal treatment of society, the difficulty of recruiting students, high dropout rate, the lack of school-running capital, etc. To solve these problems, non-goverumental higher education institution should find the deep-seated reasons, and seek developing way from the following aspects： consolidating government legislation and regulation, raising fund by various approaches, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, etc.
