摘要
受传统教育价值观认知偏见、职教教师所处境遇不佳等因素影响,职业技术教育学专业硕士研究生的就业价值取向出现了偏离培养目标的趋向。这一问题的解决,既需要学生自身的心态调整与定位,也需要社会、学校共同采取措施,解决职业教育发展面临的诸多困难,从根本上为职业技术教育学人才营造良好的发展环境。
Influencing by the factors of cognitive prejudice of traditional education view and the unideal status of vocational education teachers, the employment value of vocational education pedagogy specialty master graduate manifest the trend of detaching from cultivation objectives. To solve this problem, students themselves should adjust their attitude and orientation; society and school should also make common efforts to solve various difficulties confronted by the development of vocational education,etc.
