高职院校“招生难”问题的原因分析

"招生难"是高职教育发展中的一个突出问题。具体来说,造成此问题的原因主要有:社会经济、文化、用人制度等社会因素;高教扩招、普高热、复读潮、经费投入不足、收费高等教育内部因素;招生秩序混乱、定位不明、师资力量薄弱、课程建设滞后、教学无特色等高职教育内部因素。
