摘要
文章分析了传统的翻斗流量计的计量误差,得出了由测量方法引起的系统误差是影响其计量精度的主要原因。为了克服这个系统误差,研制了一种能自动秤重的翻斗流量计装置,即在翻斗的转轴上安装秤重传感器,进而构成一套能自动秤重的油气分离系统。
By analyzing the measurement error of the traditional overturn bucket flowmeter, the system error which causes by the measuring technique is regarded as the primary reason affecting measuring accuracy. In order to overcome this system error, this article introduces a kind of overturn bucket flowmeter installment, which can weigh automatically. Namely the weighing sensors are installed on the revolution axis of the overturn bucket. Then, a set of oil gas separation SCADA system to be able to weigh automatically is constituted.
