摘要
目的为了提高微生物法生产辅酶Q10的产量,用一株酵母菌YZ519作为辅酶Q10的生产菌,研究不同的C源、N源对辅酶Q10产量的影响。方法用皂化法提取Q10,用高效液相色谱法检测。结果蛋白胨是较好的氮源,葡萄糖是较好的碳源,通过均匀设计初步确定的发酵培养基为:蛋白胨2.2%,葡萄糖3.0%,(NH4)2SO40.05%。在此发酵条件下,辅酶Q10产量达到34.0mg/L。结论通过一株酵母菌作为生产菌,经过优化培养基可提高CoQ10的产量。
Objective To achieve higher yield of CoQ10,different medium influencing CoQ10 production with YZS19 were studied. Methods Coenzyme Q10 was extracted by saponification and measured by HPLC. Results Peptone and Glucose were favourite for cell growth and CoQ10 accumulation. The culture conditions were primarily optimized by uniform design: Glucose 3.0%, peptone 2.2%, (NH4 )2SO4 0. 05%. Under the condition, CoQ10 concentration reached 34. 0mg/Lo Condusion Higher yield of CoQ10 can be achieved by ameoliating the medium.
