摘要
利用生存分析对一家电信增值业务提供商的客户流失数据进行了实证研究,提出了一个预测客户流失概率的模型.利用该模型能及时准确地掌握客户流失情况,以此可以提高企业决策的针对性,降低客户流失率.
In order to raise the pertinence of customer marketing decision and reduce customer chum rate by big percentage, the article carries on a positive research on the customer chum data of a SP enterprise by using the COX model. As a result, the model, which can make a prediction of customer' s chum probability, put forward to the purposes desired are accomplished.
