Problems and Strategies of Credit System in Hebei Normal University of Science & Technology

在当前形势下实施学分制面临着一系列问题,外部条件如学校自主办学权限的不足,内部条件如思想认识、硬件、导师制、课程设置、教学管理系统等方面还存在问题。解决这些问题的对策包括:树立现代教育理念、引入教师竞争机制、实行弹性学制、实施教务管理信息化、完善导师制以及教考分离等方面。

Under current situation, carrying out credit system is confronted with a series of problems. The external situation is the lack of independent purview of running a school; the internal situation is that there still exist problems in ideological recognition, hardware, tutorial system, course setting and teaching management system. The strategies to solve these problems are ： establishing modern teaching concept, introducing teachers＇ competition mode, carrying out ilexible teaching system, informatizing teaching affairs management, perfecting tutorial system and separating teaching and testing.
