摘要
胡锦涛和谐世界思想的提出有深刻的国际、国内背景。它顺应了时代潮流,是国内构建和谐社会的自然延伸和迫切需要,也是中国外交成熟、自信的产物。这一思想根植于深厚的中国传统文化积淀,是对中国和平外交政策的继承与升华,也符合马克思主义关于共产主义的伟大理想。从层次上讲,它是指国际新秩序层次上的和谐世界,它主要包括政治、经济、安全、文化四个方面。
HuJintao＇s thought of building a harmonious world is set against profound international and domestic backgrounds. It is an attempt to alleviate the world contradiction and to promote the harmony of the world. It is the urgent need to build a harmonious domestic society and to pursue peaceful development, it is also because China＇s comprehensive national strength rises and it＇s serf-confidence increases. This idea is rooted in the Chinese traditional culture, China＇ s foreign policy of peace and the Marxism about the communism noble ideal. In terms of level, the present stage of the harmonious world mainly refers to the international new order. The harmonious world mainly includes four aspects： politics, economy, security, and culture.
